Successful completion requires maintaining your hourly commitment, submitting monthly reflection journals, and completing a Capstone Ministry Project tailored to your specific area of discernment.

Is this a paid internship?

Yes. We believe in investing in our leaders. Students selected for the W.L. Cottrell Internship will receive a competitive stipend to assist with educational and living expenses throughout the duration of the program.

What can I expect in a typical week?

Interns can expect a mix of staff meetings, mentorship sessions with Senior Pastoral staff, hands-on ministry execution, and dedicated time for reflection.
